Comfortable shock-absorbing knee protection. The non-slip construction doesn't roll, making it great for dance, cheer and all sports. Breathable and flexible fabrication. Hand wash in warm water, hang dry. Do not bleach.


There is a lof of elasticity in knee pads so a pad above or below your measurement will still fit well. If you're in between sizes, choose the size under if you prefer a more snug fit or size above if you prefer some extra wiggle room.
